Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the usage of all Cloud Cubix infrastructure, bare metal servers, virtual cloud instances, shared hosting, VoIP services, and network transit. Compliance is strictly required to protect our network, clients, and the broader Internet ecosystem.

2. Prohibited Network Activities

You may not use Cloud Cubix infrastructure to initiate, participate in, or facilitate:

• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or network flood testing without prior authorization.
• Unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability probing, or brute force attempts.
• IP address spoofing, ARP cache poisoning, or route hijacking.
• Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM), email harvesting, or operation of open mail relays.

3. Prohibited Content

Cloud Cubix does not host malware, phishing kits, unlicensed trademarked/copyrighted distribution hubs, or any material violating applicable federal or international law.

4. Violations & Suspension

Violations of this AUP may lead to immediate instance isolation or service termination without refund. Reports of abuse should be submitted directly to abuse@cloudcubix.biz.
