Are Founders Circle members locked into a long-term contract?
No. In accordance with our Terms of Service, services enrolled under the Founders Circle tier are not bound by a contract or term commitment unless explicitly specified in a separate written order schedule or signed enterprise service agreement. Subscriptions operate on a flexible, non-binding month-to-month basis. To cancel or modify your plan, we simply require a 30-day notice to ensure your full billing cycle is completed and any remaining call usage or carrier charges are cleared up.
